Dunker
From Overweight Kid to Pro Dunker
I was a chubby kid from North Carolina who got hooked on jumping at 11 years old, watching a classmate touch something I couldn’t. I got my first dunk at 15, then spent a year and a half stuck on basic one-handers while my knees paid the price.
Joining THP, losing 40 pounds in six months, and learning to actually train changed everything. The trick bag opened, the Behind the Back became my signature, and dunking became my career.
Now I co-host the Dunk Talk Podcast with Dylan Haugen, train through the injuries that come with a decade of jumping, and document every step for the people coming up behind me.
Dunks, the mic, and the grind in between.
Here’s what fills my weeks.
Professional Dunking
